Socks5Proxy Terms of Service

1. Service and Terms

Socks5Proxy sells datacenter and ISP proxies per IP plan. Creating an account or using our services constitutes agreement to these terms.

Term changes are announced here with effective dates. New terms apply to all usage post-change.

2. Account

Accounts are opened and logged into using a single account token created in the browser. Only the token's hash is stored on the server, so it's the account owner's responsibility to keep the token secure. Anyone with the token can use the account, so don't share it with others.

You can create up to 3 accounts per IP. We don't allow one person to create multiple accounts to bypass rules.

3. Balance and Payments

Plans are paid from your pre-loaded balance. Ensure top-ups use the exact payment method, network, and amount specified. Transfers via other networks or different amounts may experience delays or require manual verification via support.

The bonus is added to your balance at a fixed rate upon top-up confirmation. Balances and bonuses are for service use only and cannot be withdrawn.

4. Plans and Issuance

Plans are valid for 1 month or 12 months from the payment date. After expiration, proxies from that plan stop accepting connections. Unissued or failed plans are refunded to your account balance.

Shared plan bandwidth/concurrency limits apply as listed.

5. Permitted Uses

Proxies are legal for public data collection, price/search monitoring, ad verification, account management, and multi-region testing. Users must comply with service terms and local laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Spam, sending bulk unwanted messages
• Attacks on other systems, unauthorized access, vulnerability exploitation, service disruption
• Fraud, phishing, unauthorized payments, account takeover
• Distribution or trade of illegal content, infringement of others' rights
• Reselling proxies to third parties (except by prior agreement)

7. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended without warning for prohibited activities or harm to other customers/service operations. No refunds are provided for suspended accounts due to policy violations.

8. Service Provision and Liability

While we maintain service stability, connection results may vary due to internet conditions or destination site policies. Our liability for indirect damages is limited to your paid amount during the affected period.
