Socks5Proxy Privacy Policy
Socks5Proxy stores only essential operational data. We operate accounts using token hashes and usage history - no names or contact details required (effective 2026-10-22).
What information is stored?
We don't collect names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses.
- Hash and last 4 characters of the account token: Used for login verification. The original token is not stored.
- IP hash key: Value to enforce account-per-IP rules. Original IPs are not stored.
- Device type (PC/mobile/tablet) and language: Used to match interfaces and improve services.
- First visit source (search, link, direct, etc.): Helps us understand how you found our service.
- Balance, top-ups, orders, plans, proxy lists: Used for service delivery and billing.
- API key hash and registered IPs: Used for proxy authentication.
How is payment information processed?
Top-up requests include amount, payment method, recipient address, sent quantity, and transaction ID (TXID). Blockchain transactions are public records; we only store data necessary for deposit verification and settlement.
Which cookies are used?
Avoid using ad tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts.

We retain your information while your account is active. To delete your account, submit a request via dashboard support. If your balance is zero with no active plans or top-ups, we'll delete your account while keeping payment/order records disconnected for settlement and legal obligations.
