Proxy Payment Methods and Balance Top-Up
Socks5Proxy accepts 12 payment methods (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, LTC) for balance top-ups. Use your balance to pay for proxy plans (min $30, max $10,000).
What payment methods are accepted?
On the top-up screen, selecting one of the 12 options will show the recipient address and exact amount for that network. Deposits won’t be confirmed if sent via the wrong network, so ensure your wallet/exchange matches the selected network.

What’s the top-up process?
- Select an amount card or enter a custom value in the dashboard's top-up section.
- Choose 1 of 12 payment options to create a top-up request.
- Send the exact instructed amount to the instructed address, including decimals.
- Balance updates automatically after required blockchain confirmations.
Why do I need to send exact quantities?
Unique payment amounts distinguish transactions. Stablecoins (USDT/USDC) use 6 decimals; BTC/ETH/BNB/LTC use 8; SOL uses 9. Exact amounts ensure instant matching.
Confirm exchange withdrawal fees won't deduct from received amounts. Cryptocurrency (BTC/ETH/etc.) amounts lock at current rates when requested.
How long is a top-up request valid?
Each request remains valid for 60 minutes with an on-screen countdown. After expiration, create a new request with updated quantities. Open requests can be continued from the same screen.
How much is the top-up bonus?
Higher top-ups get higher bonus rates. The bonus is added separately to your balance upon confirmation and can be used for plan purchases.

What's the minimum top-up amount?
Top-up limits: min $30, max $10,000 (per transaction). Some regions with lower income levels may have $20 minimum amount based on your connection country. Your local minimum is displayed during top-up. Country detection is server-side and unrelated to language settings.
How is my balance used?
Balance covers all proxy plans. As service credit, it's non-withdrawable. Refunds for unissued plans return to balance. View all records in dashboard history.
